The MURGIA SERGIO SRL company has participated on November 21 2008 to the event “Tasty food immersion in typical products of Sardinia, promoted by Sardinia Research”

The promoting day has been a moment of interesting comparison with other producing situations, with the participation of local Restaurants, journalists, entepreneurs of agro-food, managers of food and beverages of hotels and resorts’ chains and industries.
The event was articulated as follows:
• cooking contest that consisted in preparing different dishes by usage of typical products supplied by 51 companies participating to the project.
• a round table on the argument “ Science and nourishment”
• the exposition with the opportunity to taste the typical products offered by the participating companies
• a cooking class open to Restaurateurs, taken care by two great regional Chefs Luigi Pomata and Roberto Petza

The participating cooks to the cooking contest have been selected among the best in the national and international outline and this has been the occasion for editing the Recipes Book, in which our products are protagonists. The book ca be an interesting source of new ideas to practice for creating new recipes and to transform in a new way the typical Sardinian dishes.
