It is back in 1986, when in a small Cheese factory in Sardinia, in the Campidano plain, Sergio Murgia begins the production of cheese, following and taking care personally of working procedure along all the production, from collection an selection of prime products, to the sell to the client of the final product.

In the 90ties, Sergio Murgia promotes important changes, that gradually permit to the Company to transform herself from a small dimension into a Company of industrial dimension, oriented towards
quality, technologies and development, that meanwhile doesn’t loose the traditional values, where mostly appears the central importance of human resources, the real intellectual share capital of the Company.
